The Hartwell
Foundation held its sixth Annual Meeting
Biomedical Research October 6-9, 2013 in conjunction with
the University of Virginia. Nearly 40 Hartwell Investigators
from 12 different centers of
biomedical research
(Class of 2010, Class of 2011, Class of 2012,
including Collaboration and other Awards) reported on their funded research. One highlight of the
event Wednesday afternoon was a tour of the
University of Virginia
and the
medical research facilities.
